Pandemic music
I am from Georgia, with that being said you know I have to add my country songs to the mix.
nd it's The first song I would add to my playlist would be Life is a Highway by Rascal Flatts, this is my jam because as a kid and growing up I watched the movie cars at least 200 times and believe me when this song came on in the movie I sang my heart out every time. Even now I still sing my heart out to it because it reminds me of being a kid still. Another country song I would add would be Rumor by Lee Brice because I have had this song on my "country bangers" playlist for a while now but this year I made some good friends and we would go on drives and 9 times out of ten this song would play and we would all sing our hearts out. Sadly I won't see these friends for a while because of covid but it reminds me of the good times. This may be the last country song I add but it is Cruise by Florida Georgia Line. I would add this one because my senior year my best friend and I would take drives in Florida down the beach or down an island that was close to our school banging this sound with the volume all the way up in my truck and all the windows down. Best time of my life to be honest. The fourth song I would add is from the pop genre and the song is You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift. What's a playlist without TSwift in it? I added this song because it reminds me of the dorms in high school when we would always blast throwbacks on a speaker. Oh yes, I forgot one country song my fifth song would be Chicken Fried by Zac Brown Band. This another one of those late afternoon drives down the beach we would take with the windows down in my truck type of song. The sixth song I would add would be Can You Stand The Rain by New edition. I would add this R&B throwback song because this music is the type of music my dad listens to and when I was a kid he would always play this song when he would play music in the house. Now I've come to know the lyrics and everything. The seventh song I would add would be P.Y.T. by Micheal Jackson who is in a genre of his own of course. When my ears were introduced to who Michael Jackson was they fell in love with this song. So this was my first Micheal Jackson song I was exposed to and I loved it. The eighth song I would add is newer and the song is Ballin' by Mustard and Roddy Ricch. This is a song that I will never get tired of or I will always sing this song. I would add it because this is another song that reminds me of my friends because anytime this song came on, you would hear "hey turn that up". The ninth song I would add is P2 by Lil Uzi Vert which is also a very new song. I would add this song because I can always vibe to this song. And it's just the song I've been listening to the most lately. The last song I would add would be In My Feelings by Drake. I would add this because one time when I was driving down the beach with a group of my friends I remember we came up to a red light and this song came on so I turned it all the way up and got out and started dancing, it was probably the funniest thing I have ever done even these girls walking down the sidewalk joined in. But that completes my pandemic playlist.
